They are never going to find him guilty, and the signs will point to Cheney, and the MSM will portray it as a win for BushCo and a failed liberal witch hunt by liberal media.

Fingers crossed here that at the post-conviction press conference Fitz announces Cheney's indictment. One can hope and fantasize that justice still exists, can't one?

Dick Cheney is the self-declared 4th Branch of Government and can't be prosecuted, although there is no doubt in my mind that he provoked the release of her name. Libby will probably be pardoned as Bush walks out the door in 2009. Just one more way for the billionaire neocons to tell the world they're completely above the law. I'm sure their only regret is not being able to fire Fitzgerald for prosecuting this case, as they've done with the US Attorney prosecuting Randy Cunningham and Bob Ney.

HOW MUCH DOES HE LOVE HIS FAMILY? Lewis Libby, is willing to sacrifice both his wife, and his children, just to save Dick Cheney. He's throwing his life away for Dick Cheney.
