Renzi: I'm Not Going Anywhere
From Roll Call:
Despite rumors to the contrary, embattled Rep. Rick Renzi (R-Ariz.) issued two statements Friday insisting that he has no intention of resigning....“For several weeks, I have been the subject of leaked stories, conjecture, and false attacks about a land exchange,” the three-term Congressman said. “None of them bear any resemblance to the truth, including the rumor that I am planning on resigning.”

I'm sorry . . . I must of spaced out reading the article above . . .
Did Renzi just release two statements saying that he has to wait three weeks to announce he is checking into rehab cuz the rehab of his choice does not have an openning at this time.

What are "leaked stories?"
A story is not leaked, information is leaked, and obviously information damning to yet another Republican caught in the web of personal/political favor.

Isn't it true that if he sticks around it would make it easier for us to take his House seat in 2008?

Renzi: "I'm not going anywhere."
American public: "Oh yes, you are!"

He is another Republican crook. John Kyl hopes Renzi resigns before he is brought before a judge. The grand jury is still meeting in Tucson so we'll see. I'll bet it's, Vaya con diaz, Ricky.

Damn, these RePIGnican's clearly went to the same theme school where the only theme taught is, "I didn't do it/I won't quit/you can't make me/I plead the 5th/MOMMY- help me!" This constant refrain is almost as ridiculous as DuMbya's infamous "Doin' a heck of a job Brownie," a chant he seems to trot out whenever one of his henchmen gets their hands caught in the proverbial cookie jar. Let's face it DuMbya- you're about as bright as blown light bulb, BUT I'll give you ONE thing- you certainly are loyal, even when said loyalty flies in the face of simple logic and intelligence- that which you so clearly lack. GD idiot.
