AP: Vet Prosecutor Replaces Fresh Faced Bushie Phenom
Out with the new, in with the old:
The Justice Department is replacing youth with experience, naming veteran prosecutor Frank Magill to take over for embattled Rachel Paulose as U.S. attorney for Minnesota.Magill, 48, the first assistant U.S. attorney, will take over the position on Sunday, Justice Department spokesman Peter Carr said. Under federal law, he can remain acting U.S. attorney for up to 210 days, Carr said.
Now, will Magill invite Paulose to his coronation?

Can it be, Justice is being restore to the department bearing its very own name? Right before the holidays, Santa brought us a gift with John Tanner's removal from the Voting Rights Section, and now the new year is seeing a replacement for Paulose.

I believe the post was stating such...evil people finally being removed from the DOJ = justice...ie. Tanner being removed, now Paulose. Von Spakovsky looks to be defeated...Justice is returning to the DOJ...

Sad to say they're never really removed, they just change their titles. Paulose was moved back to main Justice, what's her new title? Tanner changed departments, what's his new title. It's not about real change it's about making the Public stop paying attention.

Ah Rachel: Another piece of drek down the tubes. Many of the Justice Dept. thugs have resigned. Tanner, Rachel, etc. have been moved out of decisionmaking positions, removing the danger of them continuing their nasty tricks. That is the best we can do and its damn good given that Bush Co. is still running the administration. Thank God for the independent journalists and bloggers who kept the focus on these scum and to the Dems in congress for all their squacking that has been quite effective in the circumstance.
