Emperor's Club V.I.P. Booker Pleads Guilty
One of the four people who have been charged for having run the Emperor's Club -- the prostitution ring that ensnared Eliot Spitzer -- has pleaded guilty to prostitution and money laundering charges. The others are likely to follow, The New York Times reports. What does this mean for Spitzer? It's too early to tell. But we'll likely know soon enough.

It's not Spitzer who has to worry. He's been nailed already. It's all the other politicians and power-brokers who might be opposed to the bush/cheney regime who should worry.
It matters not why they're against you. What matters is that they've taken away your rights to defend yourself.
Can we PLEASE begin impeachment proceedings now?

Talk to any prosecutor and he will tell you:
--1) Who ever cuts a deal first, usually gets the best deal from the judge on sentencing.
--2) Being first to roll over....can and does result in INJUSTICE when the main kingpins who played a dominant roll in the criminal conspiracies...end up with sweetheart deals...while the others get hammered with the proverbial "2000 pound sh-thammer of Zero Tolerence" punitive justice.
--3) I always figured that SPITZER WAS TARGETED ILLEGALLY BY THE POLITICAL POLICE (FBI, IRS, DOD CIFA, NSA TSP working with NSA 902nd Counterintel Group.
An illegal surveillance and investigation is one that "does not begin with an authentic citizen complaint" or "reasonable rational legally obtained suspicion based on legally obtained evidence."
My suspicion is....THE RADICAL RIGHT WING WENT ON AN ILLEGAL FISHING EXPEDITION USING ALL THEIR TECHNICAL AND ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE...resulting in Spitzer being targeted for further scrutiny invovling the "working the case backwards" to make sure the evidence complies with all the laws and rules of evidence.
IT'S CALLED THE HAND OFF METHOD OF LAUNDERING AND USING ILLEGALLY OBTAINED INFO.
I know...because it happened to me for at least 16 years.
