She's not including the estimated pop. vote in the 4 caucus states, ME, IA, NE, WA. Obama won in all of them.

Never mind the fact that he wasn't even on the ballot in Michigan.

Saying she won the popular vote is a LIE.

Let's start with some truth:

1) I submitted a ten page memo to Senator Grassley detailing FBI felony crimes committed while working with NSA TSP to TAMPER WITH A WITNESS, OBSTRUCT JUSTICE, DEPRIVATIONS OF CIVIL LIBERTIES UNDER COLOR OF AUTHORITY, INTERSTATE STALKING, etc.

This memo is available to anybody who wants it...along with Grassley's return letter.

Memo also mentions facts in my 47 page US DOJ OIG Complaint...that becomes an FBI OPR Complaint (according to conversation with Denver Ass Dir of US DOJ OIG).

2) Three weeks later, GRASSLEY had MUELLER spilling his guts in his "bogus johnny come lately " attempt at "creating the mere pretense of observing rules, laws, and DOJ Guidelines".

FBI ONLY ADMITS THE CRIMES OF THEIR UNINDICTED COCONSPIRATORS ONLY...only, only...when confronted....not as part of their bogus spin control claiming that "they always follow the law" and "were concerned" but not concerned enough to make ARRESTS FOR VIOLATING THE PATRIOT ACT OR TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS OR 3 SOUTH DAKOTA MURDERS.

3) FBI leaked to James Risen at NYTIMES. NY TIMES seemed to have part of the story (Risen's NSA TSP story) but held off until the 2004 election was over.

FBI ALSO LEAKED info to NYTIMES to dirty up SD US Sen Tom Daschle's ex chief of staff, RICH GORDON.

RC FBI and Minneapolis FBI worked with SD ATTY GEN MARK "internet stalker" BARNETT to run a bogus politically motivated hatchet job on Rich Gordon, called the FAILED SD AG INDIAN VOTER REGISTRATION FRAUD INVESTIGATION.

This was done....to dirty up Rich, after FBI had my email to Rich's brother DR. MARK GORDON threatening a DASCHLE SUPPORTED CONG. INQUIRY INTO THE CANADIAN WARRANT FOR MIAMI FBI AGENT TERRY NELSON'S MONTANA DRUG PIPELINE WITH MURDERS BY FBI HITMAN MIKE CHUCKIE PETERS...AND...GOP Montana Gov RACICOT laundering drug money into...yes...into GOP CONGRESSIONAL CAMPAIGNS.

Ask Waxman about his subpoenas for RACICOT'S EMAILS....with dates AFTER THE WHITE HOUSE AND FBI AND DOJ started the CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT CONGRESS AND JUSTICE.

4) FBI likes leaking to Risen. Wen Ho Lee slander of an innocent Taiwanese scientist leaked to Risen...with FBI never admitting that THEY ROUTINELY COMMIT PERJURY especially in Lee's Bail Hearing.

5) After Grassley gets my memo...talks to Mueller...he confronts GOP White House. They obstruct. He threatens hearings with Mueller on tape admitting alot.

6) White House asks NYTIMES to kill story.

7) NYTIMES does not want to get scooped by Risen, whose book publishing announcement is coming out soon. NYTIMES beats Risen's book...and runs story, reluctantly while balancing their fear, cowardice and shame at being scooped by their own jounalist. That stops inquiry LOOKING AT NYTIMES HELPING GOP AVOID IMPEACHMENT AND SCANDAL until after the 2004 election.

8) THEN LEAHY finds out...from staff...who are now reading my posts at CONSPIRACY CAFE and CONSPIRACY CENTRAL and RAPID CITY JOURNAL DISCUSSION FORUM and ARGUS LEADER DISCUSSION FORUM.

Leahy asks GLEN FINE AT US DOJ OIG what happened to this witness' complaint.

Fine says, "...got moved to FBI OPR BY DOJ HQ..." by acting US ATTY or Ashcroft or Gonzalez?

Leahy says, "...Mueller won't respond to complaint and is asserting NATIONAL SECURITY as a smoke screen...".

Leahy says, "...what about PATRIOT ACT ABUSES" that are not protected by NATIONAL SECURITY? The Patriot Act is the perogative of Fine's DOJ OIG according to THE PATRIOT ACT.

So...Fine is reluctantly forced to surgically investigate FBI's torts and crimes focusing on PATRIOT ACT ABUSES.

Thus...FINE did not look at FBI crimes that fall under the fed criminal code and the TEXAS AND SOUTH DAKOTA CRIMINAL CODES.

9) FISA COURT also finds out from my internet posts that THOMAS S. BEAN IS NOT AN AGENT OF A FOREIGN POWER despite FBI'S EX PARTE PERJURY in front of the FISA Court.

FISA Court judge resigns in disgust.

Other FISA court judge "...chastises FBI for misleading the court, and now wants all statements by FBI and US ATTY under oath?"

Apparently the FISA CT does not swear in witnesses?

FISA COURT ALSO IS TOLD BY FBI THAT....perhaps..."FBI INFO WAS FROM NSA TSP USING WARRANTLESS WIRETAPS" and uh..."we hope that PERJURY CHARGES ARE NOT FILED, SINCE WE WERE NOT UNDER OATH".

10) This comment is in regard to FBI ACTS DURING CIA/DOD/NSA INTERROGATIONS OF DETAINEES.

I ASSERT THAT INTERROGATIONS AND TORTURE OF DETAINEES....also includes A SEN JUD COMM WITNESS WHO SIGNED A US DOJ OIG COMPLAINT, AND TEN PAGE MEMO TO SEN GRASSLEY.

I assert that FBI uses FISA CT ORDERS TO SEAK ILLEGALLY OBTAINED WARRANTS BASED ON PERJURY AND BRADY VIOLATIONS...so they could psuedo legally BREAK INTO MY HOME WHILE I WAS ASLEEP, INTRODUCE A SEDATIVE TO KNOCK ME OUT, AND SURGICALLY INSTALL AN RFID VERICHIP used as part of MUELLER'S FBI OPERATION SLAMMER neutralization of witness.

Bean signs US DOJ OIG Complaint...and mails to DENVER AND DALLAS FIELD AGENTS VAN LANCKER, AND MONTE CASSON (respectively).

Bean then gets chipped and tortured and FBI AGENT STEVEN PLUTA RUNS THE FBI COUNTERINTEL SUBLIMINAL DEBRIEFING to find my cache of telephone call tapes that PROVES FBI'S FELONIES WHEN THEY USE ILLEGALLY OBTAINED INFO IN COURT?

----JON VAN PATTEN, USD S of Law Constit Law professor is wheeled out of Sioux Valley Hospital complaining of misdiagnosed symptomology from DEW attacks;

----Omaha atty LEROY ROGERS hospitalized with brain stroke;

----SD US SENATOR TIM JOHNSON hospitalized with brain stroke after getting my info;

----US SEN TED KENNEDY diagnosed with brain tumor/stroke after "seeking CALEA computer wiretap info" linking NSA/CIA/DOD mercs to JFK JR MURDER;

----BOB NELSON'S plane disappears in North Dakota ten days after I contact Dr. Chad Carda with memo suggesting he talk attorney "Bob Nelson" of South Dakota. (Looks like Dumsfield's DOD CIFA Unit murdered the wrong BOB NELSON and confused "North Dakota Bob" with "South Dakota Bob"?

5) Notice that MUELLER'S FBI is all over these murders and tortures of US Citizens "not tied to terrorism" or "violence"?

After the international war crimes trials are over and all of the scum-sucking maggots of the Bush Administration are either in jail or unable to travel without risking capture and imprisonment (hopefully in a prison that at least comes close to Gitmo in human rights violations), there will inevitably be movies made looking back on this time.

I can see these characters portrayed like B-movie, Nazi villains - especially the woman noted above who bends an inmates thumbs back while grabbing his balls. This is so B-movie Nazi. I can't wait to see who they get to play these parts. I'm guessing some actors and actresses can have a whole career doing these parts as these movies proliferate like WWll movies. I can hear the crowds hissing as the U.S. villians appear on screen wearing their tight, black-leather S@M wear with snarling attack dogs.

And (sigh), this is America - what's left of it.

Well the report "reports" what we all know. That interrogation techniques were approved and condoned by units within the DOD that violated US codes of law.

The circumstance where our civilian law and federal law enforcement witnessed it, were present during this breach of law is disturbing.

While I glad that Tom Bean did not get a Microchip implanted in his anus like the aliens are apt often to do, nonetheless his post illustrates the worst aspect of the abuse where an individual could be politically targeted, say for disagreement with the war in Iraq, and have information from one agency say "a foreign intelligence service" provide the reasoning for some other intelligence service to initiate harrasment upon an innocent US citizen.

Just to use an example of a scenario, imagine a Sunni informing on a Shiite to settle a real estate score, or where say Mossad elements were encouraged to have operatives who had infiltrated a terrorist group's network to feed information to US intelligence to target an individual who was in fact investigating say a dirty politician with kickbacks to and from the CIA or the DOD.

The irony is that now that creates a scenario where DOJ does the dirty work of the network of the terrorists and their side show financing in opium and gun trading. Putting aside one intel operation tossing aside as collateral another US citizen, the real damage is when the US citizen is not afforded due process to answer the charges!

The dumbest part of all of this, beyond the time decay involved in the abuse and the subsequent intel that would actionable, was that the real purpose of the act was to instill fear in those who internally, US opposition, for US public consumption purposes any objection to US policy and the "war effort."

Ask the Dixie Chicks and other folks who were at different degrees dissuaded from expressing a disssenting view.

And even if the opposition to the now universally accepted flawed concept of invading Iraq with an insufficent number of troops has proven in fact a flawed idea, irrespective of the assertion that these acts of interrogation were illegal, irrespective of if the disagreement was consistent and principled before invasion and after, as the Plame Wilson case illustrates, the result was the same, the violence was directed at the US citizen for arguably one of the dumbest military acts in US history.

These laws and assertions of executive power, authority to torture and abuse, were slef abroggated powers that have yet to be reported to the US public and effectively under British Common Law and Moores law, unapplicable to be enforced, as the public had no provision or knowledge that these laws (still many undiisclosed) exist and that laws were broken!

The purpose being to send a clear message, dissent and be subject to violence.

What really happened was that the US lost credibility and power projection as a consequence of this "gambit" in Iraq and continues to erode US national security interests as this debacle wears on.

And the greatest irony was that those whe were principles in their objections before the war started, enumerated and articulated the outcome of this foolish act, and were harrased and abused by US intel spoofed with bad intel, they now find themselves in the lurid and insidious circumstance of objecting to a precipitous withdrawal as a consequence of "unitended consequences" and recognizing that that is the same damn decision making, reckless and un-deliberated, which got this nation into this mess in the first damn place!

So to sum up.. I'm glad Mr. Bean didn't get a microship in his anus, but the patriot act was abused at the FBI and in particular with NSL's ranging from divorces to request from the Whitehouse and politcal operatives.

The system was also open to Cointel manipulation and the checks and balances were removed som obvious criminal acts, both intentional and incidental and consequential could occur.

So now we know that "enhanced interrogation techniques" at Gitmo led FBI agents to begin collecting evidence in a "War Crimes file" before being abandoned.

WHERE IS THAT FILE NOW?

The country is completely batshit mad. We've WATCHED all of this for nearly 8 years. A good deal of it as HeyThereItsEric says is waved right in front of our noses. Some of it, like Cheney cozying Big Oil reps to set the nation's energy policy is obfuscated by shredding or erasing the evidence that these things CERTAINLY have been SOP. And we have the clever prigs like Addington to tell us to take a flying f';. if we don't get on board or at least shut up. We have a SCOTUS (who holds the notion that a child rapist can't be subjected to capital punishment but in the case of "treason" it's okay - this at a time when George can call treason like Simon Says...) and an AG who not so secretly backs the not so secret agenda.
We are all being tortured one way or another.
I used to think the Republic could shake off anything and strive once again to move correctly toward liberty and justice for all. That was before it had to rise out of hell, though.
