If you are responsible for the deaths of 16 US service persons, in Iraq, doesn't that qualify you to be designated an enemy combatant? Why haven't all KBR personnel involved in the faulty plumbing been sent to Gitmo, being tortured by electrical shock to the genitals, and awaiting a military commission?
