Conyers and WH Counsel to Meet as "Early As Next Week"
Things are moving right along in the wake of the HJC v. Miers decision last week.
White House Counsel Fred Fielding has already responded to Rep. John Conyer's (D-MI) letter requesting "quick compliance" with the ruling and an answer to the subpoena issued to White House Chief of Staff Joshua Bolten for documents relating to the politicization of the Department of Justice.
Fielding (predictably) demurred, citing the recent motion for appeal, but he did comply to Conyer's other request: a meeting between the two parties to try to "work cooperatively to resolve these issues." From Fielding's letter to Chairman Conyers:
However, the fact that the Executive has noticed an appeal in this matter does not signify that we think further litigation is the exclusive path forward. . . this Administration has responded to more than 650 Congressional inquiries and investigations, and through negotiation and accommodation with Congressional committees has been able to resolve all but a very few of them. . . Toward that end, and hopefully as a prelude to meaningful discussions between us, I propose that members of our respective staffs meet as early as next week to re-commence discussing possibilities for reaching an accommodation between the Branches in this matter.

We just all need to show a little more love and patience for Chairman Conyers - in the end all of this illegal activity will be exposed and justice meted out ..
I for one still have full faith & confidence in our system -especially when Mr David Inglesias tells me that I can....
by the way his new book In Justice -it just as enlightening as Jane Mayers Darkside - recommend both of these books ..

Harriet & Josh NEED to wait out these machinations in rooms with bars. For that matter, Mukasey needs to work from a 10 x 10 lock-up.

We also NEED a Speaker of the House that would be willing to arrest a few gwb43 crime syndicate members for Contempt of Congress .. at the very least .

Translation: I'm gonna sandbag you nutless wonders until Nov. 1st, when the Pardon Fairy comes to town. Until then, feel free to play at Public Service all you like. You bitches have all the spine of a segmented flatworm, and I spit on the hairdos of your ancestors. Democracy is dead.

Exactly.

Killing time till pardon season. I'm no longer naive enough to assume different.

Not that I don't wish Conyers well, but the National Enq seems to be better at bringing people down, than his committee! Let's start working that Harriett Myers, Josh Bolten love child angle!

Yes. They have responded 650 times. And everytime the answer was the same: "Screw you." The wheels of justice turn exceedingly slow - sometimes seeming to go in reverse.

I trust Conyers will possess the presence of mind to bring a jar of vaseline with him to the meeting. That's a crude thing to write, but indicative of how much faith I have that the truth will ever out.

I can't believe that Amy Silverman's major profile of McMajorShit published in the Phoenix New Times News on August 7th has sunk beneath the waves so quickly. It reads as being balanced and presents him in a DEVASTATING light. She has a longtime perspective on his career centering in Arizona and has covered his activities for nearly three decades from Phoenix. After reading it, one understands why the Nancy Reagan endorsement last month was such an ICY affair. Apparently, the lady in red loathes him. It was all political expediency.

My complaints against the DEMOFAGGOTS includes:
1) WHy HAVEN'T ANY DEMS explained on TV "why they want to call Miers and Bolten" and JUST WHAT EXACT QUESTIONS DO YOU WANT ANSWERS TO?
Does this all relate to the SOUTH DAKOTA AND MINNESOTA FACT PATTERN MENTIONED IN MY 47 PAGE DOJ OIG-FBI OPR COMPLAINT?
2) DEMS have made a powerful fact pattern ("SD MURDERS, RCMP WARRANT FOR FBI AGENT NELSON, RICH GORDON MURDER, TORTURE OF US CITIZENS IN THEIR HOME, CHIPPING AND MIND CONTROL OF A DOJ COMPLAINANT named Thomas S. Bean")...into something that gets reduced down to a barely noticed constitutional crisis because NOBODY AT DEMS WANTED TO EXPLAIN WHAT QUESTIONS AND FACTS AND LAWS THEY WANT TO DISCOVER WITH TESTIMONY?
3) WHAT happened to SD US ATTY MICHELLE TAPKEN'S FED GRAND JURY IN SIOUX FALLS, SD?...and DID BOLTEN AND MIERS run interference on that CONSPIRACY TO OBSTRUCT when they "contacted SD AG LARRY LONG" to discuss "quid pro quo" when LONG opened up a bogus politicized crim investigation into MICHELLE TAPKEN'S SON'S auto loan business (THE DAN NELSON AUTO LOAN investigation).
4) WHO at DOJ HQ stopped former MINNESOTA US ATTY THOMAS HEFFLEFINGER'S request to "investigate the torture of an FBI cooperating witness named DR MARK GORDON" and who was monitoring Mark with a pin hole spy camera in his home?
ALL CONYERS HAS TO DO IS SUBPOENA ME, OR RETURN MY COMMUNICATIONS so I can testify voluntarily>
CONYERS KNOWS THAT...so...why FUCK AROUND WITH THE SUBPOENA of people who will not testify truthfully (PARDONS if they lie)?
