How did Glen Fine find out that Gonzo violated security protocol?

Who ratted on him?...was there a leak, and Fine was tracking the leak?

Justice = "declined to prosecute" for all Bush cronies regardless of gravity of offense.

Rename: Department of Declined to Prosecute (DDP)

or, Department of Escaping Justice (DEJ)

The program was so secret that Members of Congress had to write classifed letters of protest to DOJ and then had to lock them in their SCIF-approved safes.

Gonzales, on the other hand, carried them around in a briefcase, in non-SCIF locations, left them in his house (does he have hired cleaners?), in his briefcase, and in a safe accessible to multiple DOJ staff.

I can understand why the WH didn't do anything about his flagarant disregard for classifed materials handling procedures while he was WH Counsel - since at the time the WH had a policy of investigating NONE of its leaks. They had former Secret Service Agent Jim Knodell specially placed at the White House to ensure that.

DOJ - whole different ballgame. But remember that 'back when - the Bush DOJ National Security Division was the same one that denied Fine's investigators top secret clearances.... Those clearances were essential to enable them to look into the leak about the various torture and surveillence programs. No clearances, no investigation.

Clearly the NSD was protecting Gonzales back then too.

I think I could explain some of the gaps in this story with the idea that:

--I did sign under penalty of prosecution, A 47 PAGE US DOJ OIG--later moved to FBI OPR Complaint.

--That complaint mentioned alot...like DETENATORS IN SOUTH DAKOTA went to OKCITY, with THOMAS S. BEAN TIPPING SFPD, to that event.

--BEAN becomes target of NSA TSP NEUTRALIZATION with lots of dirty tricks, assaults, threats, breakins, sabotage, etc.

--BEAN GETS CHIPPED, MIND CONTROLLED (See, FBI OPERATION SLAMMER) and TORTURED WITH DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS by DOD CIFA UNIT working with SIOUX FALLS FBI AGENT STEVEN PLUTA who all colluded in 3 SOUTH DAKOTA MURDERS, and ATTEMPTED MURDERS.

--what is this about.....RCMP ARREST WARRANT FOR MIAMI FBI AGENT TERRY NELSON'S DRUG PIPELINE IN MONTANA with FBI hitman MIKE "chuckie" PETERS whacking out the witnesses long ago...RACICOT, was GOP treasurer who protected it all as Montana Gov, ....etc.
