Cassano's Million Dollar A Month Contract

Here's that agreement that Joseph Cassano signed with AIG in March 2008, which gave him a $1 million a month consulting contract, after he had run the company into the ground.

What's the big deal? A-Rod makes 2.5 times that much, only works mid Feb to mid Oct, and the Yanks have won fewer post season games with him than in the previous years. welcome to the U.S. of IGM.

I'll bite. Who is the "Stasia Kelly" to whom it is cc'd? AIG HR person? Cassano's lawyer? if so, same as AIG's? or separate? Maybe his wife (a little odd, but hey, they are apparently expats)?
