Schloz-Backed Voter Fraud Lawsuit Bites The Dust
Another nail in the coffin for those bogus GOP claims of voter fraud...
Remember how Todd Graves was fired as US Attorney for the western district of Missouri, after he wouldn't go along with a Bradley Schlozman-backed effort to sue Democratic state officials for failing to purge ineligible voters from the rolls, alleging that this failure could open the door to rampant voter fraud? The Bushies then moved Schlozman himself into Graves' position as US Attorney so that he could push the case personally.
Well, the case has quietly dragged on, after being dismissed by one court, then reinstated by another. But yesterday, lawyers for the Obama Justice Department asked a judge to drop the suit.
There wasn't much doubt by this point about the suit's bogusness, especially given what we've learned about Schlozman's politically motivated approach to his work both at main DOJ and as US Attorney. But now it's more or less official.
Another Republican claim of voter fraud bites the dust.

And I guess that's it, right?
No voices from the Left will make the kind of big deal about this that is actually waranted?
Well, it will just come back again as a tactic in 2010, I guess.

Justice is finally being served, and Obama in effect just rolled back the tax increase Bush imposed on everyone who lives in Missouri.

Oh please... I'm as anxious as the next person to see criminals crimped, but you literally can't say another one bites the dust, when it was this DOJ who dropped the case, it wasn't a judge tossing the case. That is like saying it is proof that the sky is green because I say it is green, but I said it and if I said it it must be green. I'd be more concerned about why this DOJ dropped the case than I would over it being another dust biter.

Anyone with reasonable intelligence should know that DOJ dropped the case because any fraud was committed by the Bushies.

I've been wondering for a while why we haven't heard of any criminal indictments over those ACORN computers supposedly seized by the (Bush) FBI just prior to the election. I think it was in Las Vegas....you know, the great liberal plot to steal the election...

When will Bradley Schlozman be held accountable for the waste of government resources which these phony "Voter Fraud" cases caused?
Better yet, when will anyone even raise the issue that he should be held responsible?
