Maddow Cites TPMmuckraker On Sleep Expert
Last night, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow cited our interview with James Horne, the sleep expert who says his work was distorted by Steven Bradbury in one of the OLC torture memos, to justify keeping people awake for 11 days.

Maddow, Olberman and a few others have enough class to give credit where it is due.
Far too many media mouthpieces find stories on the web and act as if they developed them in full.
And - the sleep deprivation story was powerful, both here and as covered last night on MSNBC.

Hey, it's about time the toobs got some respect from the tubes.
No doubt dozens of other talking cable-heads have used TPM material for an unacknowledged reference, but they didn't have the guts to admit it.
The New American Media is beginning to show it's feathers. As more notable bloggers are given the authoritative credence they have clearly chiseled out of The 4th Estate, we will see and hear from some of our own favorites much more often.
This is just a hint of things to come.
