UPDATE!!
I also watched and listened to former US Vice President Dick Cheney on CBS 'Face The Nation' 5/10/2009 at 8:50AM, PST.
What Former US Vice President Dick Cheney said was;
1) Horrific. Horrific. The same 'Pack of Lies'!!
(Maniacal, Dishonest, Disingenuous, Deranged,
Despotic!!!!).
2) Despotic, Deranged, Maniacal, Dishonest!! as
VP Dick Cheney clearly and unmistakeably
stated to imply that 'Miranda"!! Rights!!
should be abolished and replaced
with 'Dick Cheney' 'US Law'!! that no one is
allowed to speak with a 'Lawyer, Attorney'!!
or have any 'Right'!! or any 'Access to a
legal Court of Law'!! especially a Democratic
US Court of Law!!
Also, these where the similar and
identical procedures that where
allegedly implemented Throughout the
Bush//Cheney era and confirmed by VP Dick
Cheney and implied that President Bush had
full knowledge and consent!!!!
I do not see it possible to be avoided and to avoid the issuance of an arrest warrent and subpoena for these two Individuals, George Bush and Dick Cheney, et all on Monday Morning 5/10/2009.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Where is our Main Stream Media??!!
Why does not one Executive, Legislative, Judicial US Government Representative blog comment reply on this highly formidable TPM Website and as so many of their close Associates??!!
There appears to be no grey area here to not immediately subpoena, contempt of subpoena arrest these Individuals of Bush and Cheney,
et all!! today!!
Also and again, please note and that I have previously mentioned that US Senator John McCain should seemingly and immediately be subpoened for his, as media reported, of his alleged statements on the David Letterman Show prior to the (illegal) declared Iraq War that he had private confidential Information and knowledge that we where going to War upon Iraq. 'We the People' should presumably have full and complete knowledge on this day as to What and When and Where did the now continuing US Senator John McCain know about the Iraq war!!
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Conviction and proof are two different things. Let him prove it. I just don't buy the neo-con idea that the ends justify the means. Torture is morally wrong. We signed the Geneva Conventions and the Convention Against Torture pact. We broke those treaties. We are doubly wrong. Those who continue to condone these actions, like Cheney, deserve a very hot place in hell.
