How could any one think the CIA would lie...? Just because they were smuggling cocaine out of S.A. (using government planes) to buy "unmarked, non-traceable") guns/weapons to illegally sell to Iran...or just because they disappear witnesses or snatch people off the streets and send them off to "black sites", or assassinate foreign leaders in covert actions trying to overthrow the United States "not-approved foreign governments"...or gladly step in and torture people..(and what was it they did in the Bay of Pigs fiasco..was that treason?) that doesn't mean they would also lie, too...does it..?

I love Nancy. She's a tough broad and knows her stuff. She has served in public life most of her life as did her dad. She is a fabulous democrat and I would believe her anyday or the CIA or the thugs.
The thug party has tried to demonize her even way before she was Speaker of the House. She hangs tough.

I figure she's scared shitless about this and that's why she's so defensive. Like many other I suspect that impeachment was off the table so her implicit acquiescence to torture would not be discovered.
Get over it. Both parties have gotten us in the mess we're in and neither will get us out of it. They're both owned by the wealthy and will do the bidding of the wealthy and not that which is best for the majority of the people in this country.
I don't buy the bullshit 'lesser of two evils' argument that democrat apologists repeat like some kind of perverse mantra. Remember the lesser of two evils is still evil.
The democrat cultists and loyalists that refuse to acknowledge this truth are part of the problem as well.

It's time for a third or fourth party. The two major ones are rotten from the inside. Both are owned by the same masters yet have evidently fooled a great many people into thinking there is a true difference.

It was hilarious to watch Joe Scarborough and Kit Bond this morning, suggest that the C.I.A. would never lie to a lawmaker, because they could always cut off the purse strings. And that's all true, except for that little incident (among many)of mining the harbors of Nicarauga and lying to Congress.
