This is real abuse of power; I wonder if the raging rabble outside town halls, with their fears of the 'gov'ment' will take in this news. No, of course, they won't...

William Kelley to Jennings, Fiddelke and Main:

"...can I take your sign-off as karl's...?

There it is. Karl was the one everyone expected to approve of their actions when it came to which AGs should be removed and replaced.

first 12 pages of Rove testimony:

approximately 30 "I don't recalls".

Not including the "not that I'm aware of"s.

Page 14 of 96 exhibit 28 - political office calling for dismal of Iglesias (CODEL is short for congressional delegation):

From: Scott Jennings
To: Tim Griffin
Subject: Nm us atty

I would really like to move forward with getting rid of the NM USATTY. I was with CODEL this morning and they are really angry over his lack of action on voter fraud stuff. Iglesis has done nothing. We are getting killed out there.

That is mighty generous of you. If they have no faith in the system(i realize you are talking about ACORN) then why are they part of it?

dagnabbit..posted my comment in the wrong thread...just remember i'm getting old & i repeat myself freely...ok on page 62, Rove interupts a line of questioning regarding carol lam & the duke cunningham prosecution...Rove asked if that had been handled by Lam, or by the Los Angeles US Atty office...what a disingenuous lying bastard...oh did carol prosecute the duke? i didn't know that...or all the crap about iglesias and prosecution of a courthouse construction project that ended in mistrial...BRIGHT SHINY OBJECT...if you fired him for incompetance, why were his ratings so high...i forgot..it was his absences to be in the guard
