Why not simply state the fact that either he's deliberately lying (again), or he's deluded?
Certainly what he's saying isn't simply an "opinion" about factual matters:
The traditional interrogation techniques got the "actionable" intelligence. AFTER that the TORTURE was applied, and the ALLEGED terrorist CLAMMED UP, so NOTHING -- "actionable" or otherwise -- was extracted by means of the TORTURE.
I thought Zack handled it well. He sounded credible rather than partisan, and still was able to point out that most experts don't believe torture will give quality actionable intelligence that can be gotten through traditional methods.
I didn't say he didn't handle it well. It's good that someone on TV is close to calling a spade a spade. I just want a spade called a spade: stating the FACT that Cheney is a LIAR is NOT PARTISAN: it is FACT.
