Looks like Birther Orly Taitz is pressing on despite the threat of sanctions from a judge and at least one complaint filed against her with the California bar.

Here she is sparring with an animated Dylan Ratigan on MSNBC earlier today:

I hope she "presses on" until she is deported...and never allowed back...I mean, Nixon and Hoover (FBI) tried to deport John Lennon because he smoke a little pot...

The woman is unbelievable. She just lies all the time and accuses everyone who interviews her as being a liar

Maybe she spent too much time near the Chernobal nuclear reactor #3!

Someone has to do the dirty work of making sure the Crazy is widely seen. Consider yourself a bit of a martyr. :)

Agreed! The only BC now available to Hawaiian-born US residents was made available last summer by the Obama campaign. It has been attested to by current Hawaii state officials-inc. some who are Republican. That really should be the end of the story.

1.) That Dude Looks Like A Chick.

2.) Oily Taint should never be shown on TV again.

3.) Want to be a good reporter ? Find out who is backing Oily Taint : Who is paying money for her antics ? AMA, Exxon, General Dynamics ? An Institute funded by these same entities ?

4.) Suggestion : we all send letters and postcards to Judge Clay D Land to tell him he is a fine judge.

Seriously, why did they have her on in the first place? Why do the "news" (entertainment) programs have nuts like her or promote people like Dick Cheney's daughter on their shows as experts who have any valid reason for being there? It's a reflection on the program directors......and what their priorities are.

Why not cover people who are are without health insurance or who can't find jobs? Why not cover the banks and how they have benefited from taxpayer dollars?

The birther story is tired and I don't understand why they are still covering it. They could have done a 30 second blurb on it if they wanted to mention the judge's ruling.

I am curious who is bankrolling her, though....if they want to stretch this story out, that's what they should look into. Otherwise, turn the cameras off.
This woman will go away if you take the cameras away.

BTW, Judge David O. Carter sits at the "UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT, CENTRAL DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA...in the
RONALD REAGAN FEDERAL BUILDING."

Yes, indeedy, in one of the buildings or other public facilities ironically named (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_honors_named_for_Ronald_Reagan) by a project started by Grover Norquist (reaganlegacy.org) for a president who worked tirelessly to destroy California, and (along with his AG, Ed Meese) to destroy the Judicial system in the US.

I can only imagine the quality of justice that will be meted out there.

David O Carter is a democrat. He was a superior court judge in the Orange County Superior Court for several years prior to becoming a federal judge. Before the California Penal Law severally restricted judicial discretion in most sentencing matters, he was quite fair. Having appeared for before him, he will give crazy Orly plenty of rope to hang herself before he slaps her down. The better question is why does anyone waste time talking about her and why, when here are plenty of substantive issues that can be discussed and explained, is Dylan Rattigan putting her on his show!

It should be noted that she is an Israeli citizen and that many Israelis are unhappy with Obama's push for a settlement freeze. Why is this part of the picture ignored. Is she a foreign agent?

The only problem with the complaint is the final point. Instead of questioning whether Taitz would file a similar report against George W. Bush, a Caucasian born in Midland, TX; it should have read George W. Bush, a Caucasian presumed to have been born in Midland, TX. We haven't seen his birth certificate either.

If Pres. Obama's birth certificate isn't valid for whatever reason, does this ding bat feel that no one was ever born in Hawaii? After all, their birth certificates have the same information that Pres. Obama's does.
