‘Stop Too Big To Fail’ Group Yanks References To Economist From Website

A screen shot from a previous version of the Stop Too Big To Fail website

The group Stop Too Big To Fail, which TPMmuckraker profiled earlier, has pulled all references to respected economist Simon Johnson from its website.

As we reported earlier, Johnson demanded the group stop using his name and image after seeing that the group is pushing an anti-financial reform message. Johnson, an MIT professor and former IMF economist, had previously participated in a Stop Too Big To Fail media conference call, and the group was touting his putative support.
