South Carolina gubernatorial hopeful Nikki Haley, leading in the latest poll on the GOP primary, met a scrum of reporters after her radio appearance today and fielded question after question about an alleged affair with blogger Will Folks.
It makes for some compelling video that also highlights how Haley, clearly a talented communicator, has distinguished herself in the crowded GOP field.
Responding to a question on the phone records Folks released today, Haley says the lengthy, late-night calls are merely the result of her strong work ethic.
Asked if she will sue Folks, she again says she will deal with the “situation” after the June 8 election. Haley also says “My husband is doing great.”
