Via The Atlantic comes this amazing message that ex-Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld sent to then Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Douglas Feith in April 2003, concerning “Issues w/ Various Countries,” as the subject line says.
The entire message is only 56 words long, but manages to address Syria, Libya, Iraq, Pakistan and “Korea,” and ends with this question:
“Are you coming up with proposals for me to send around?”
