WND Offers Wayne LaPierre’s 336-Page Survival Manual At Incredible Price

Wayne LaPierre, executive vice-president of the National Rifle Association, speaks at a Dec. 21, 2012 news conference at the Willard Hotel, near the White House, in Washington, DC.

If you’ve been waiting for the right time to purchase National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre’s tips on protecting your home from potential disasters, your time may have come.

WND, the conservative website and publisher of Chuck Norris columns, is offering readers a steep discount on “Safe: How to Protect Yourself, Your Family and Your Home,” a 336-page survival manual written by Wayne LaPierre, CEO of the National Rifle Association.

“It normally sells for $27.96. But today only, WND readers can get this massive new 336-page hardcover book, titled ‘SAFE: How to Protect Yourself, Your Family and Your Home,’ for only $4.95, an incredible $23 discount!” the website advertised in a “Deal of the Day” published Sunday. (Despite the “new” billing, “Safe” was actually published in 2010.) “If you want to take the right steps to prepare and protect the things that are most important to you - your family, your home, your financial future - then you owe it to yourself and your family to read ‘SAFE,’ published by WND Books.”

Disaster prep is a thing for LaPierre. In a February op-ed, for instance, he raised the prospect of “terrorists, crime, drug gangs, the possibility of Euro-style debt riots, civil unrest or natural disaster” to bolster his arguments against any new federal gun control measures.

According to WND, “Safe” teaches readers how to prepare for floods, fire, hurricanes, tornadoes, “and more.” Did you know, for instance, that leaving your lights on when you leave your home may actually attract burglars? Wayne LaPierre knows, apparently.

And wait. There’s more. Folks who buy “Safe” as part of the current deal will also get three free issues of Whistleblower, WND’s “critically acclaimed monthly magazine.”

“Many readers consider Whistleblower to be simply the world’s best newsmagazine,” WND explains. “Each issue focuses like a powerful laser on a single topic - from how to survive financial meltdown to understanding the secret agendas of America’s establishment elite - explored thoroughly, and with facts and insight such as you’ve never seen anywhere else. Recent issues include ‘SHADOW GOVERNMENT: Inside the mad, mad, mad, mad world of Obama’s czars,’ ‘MEDICAL MURDER: Why Obamacare could result in the early deaths of millions of baby boomers,’ ‘THE GREAT AWAKENING: How tea partiers are setting a new course for America,’ ‘NARCISSIST IN CHIEF: Experts explain what makes Barack Obama tick’ and ‘BLACK HOLE: The shocking truth about the U.S. economy - and what you can and must do.’”

“Safe” is currently ranked 354,057 in Books on Amazon. It has 12 customer reviews, and an average customer review of four out of five stars. “M. Nelson,” from San Jose, Calif., gave the book five stars.

“this book is a must have for all families,” Nelson wrote. “although Wayne LaPierre is not a survivalist he certainly fires on all cylinders in this must have book. how many people even think to carry water and food and maybe even clothing and blankets in their car trunks? when you are traveling across country what do you look for when pulling off the interstate in an unfamiliar city? what do you do if there is a knock on the door in the middle of the night with a stranger asking for help?”
