Remember the Great Kentucky Blog Ban of 2006? Why, it was almost weeks ago, now, when Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher (R) banned several blogs -- he says, all of them -- from state computers.

Today, the blogger at the center of the fiasco, Bluegrass Report's Mark Nickolas, has fired back, filing a lawsuit against Fletcher and his administration. Nickolas isn't looking for a big cash settlement, he just wants state employees to be able to read his blog. He's being aided by the Washington, D.C.-based watchdog group, Public Citizen, founded by Ralph Nader.
