Good. It's about time. So an election is rigged and it's proven in a court of law but nothing else happens with respect to the person(s) who incorrectly got elected? And we call this democracy?

The only way to protect our right to vote and to have our vote counted is to have serious laws with draconian penalties that will make people think more than twice before playing games.

For organizations and officers of the organizations, the penalties should be twice the assessed value of their assets... not protected by bankruptcy and felony convictions with 10 or more years.

Their games and good old politics is more damaging to America than any damn terrorist with an AK-47!

Convictions in a court of lawmay ber 'news'...but...convictions in the minds of many that the Ohio vote-count in 2004 was rigged to deprive Kerry of the presidency is not news at all.

Despite money left in the Kerry campaign coffers, the fact that none was spent for a serious legal challenge to such travesty on the democratic process is one of the reasons Dems lost a lot of hope in their guy, Kerry.

It is further indication why he is wise to drop his half-hearted battle for the nomination a second time...even if it turns out the Democrat is a shoo-in.

It turns out that the man had a heart attack and died 10 minutes before the assasin showed up.

So he didn't actually murder him. That in a nutshell was Ohio 2004. They tried to rig the election, but they didn't need to because the margin was so great. They didn't know at the time that their cheating was unnecessary.

Voters in minority districts were in line 8 hrs or more to vote because there weren't enough machines while white suburbs, bush heavy suburbs, got too many machines. They had little to no wait.
