Good luck to you in your new position! I was VERY sorry when Josh announced you'd be leaving TPM...

You and Paul were truly an awesome muckraking dynamic duo! Unfortunately, as far real investigative journalists go, the MSM could learn a hell of a lot from you two. You guys put most of the MSM to shame and they didn't even start to cover many stories at all until you guys had done the leg work and already been tracking and reporting on stories for months.

All the best and keep raking all that muck for us and our country!

Just wanted to say how much I have appreciated your work - I read the site faithfully every day. the content is excellent but I also appreciate the writing style - smart, pithy and slightly irreverent. Hope The Mouse lets you continue that. Best of luck and I will be checking out the Blotter from now on in addition to this.

Very sorry to see you go. Excellent work you did here at TPM. Amazing what a determined reporter can do when given the right environment. Really put the big news operations to shame, pound for pound, no comparison.

Inspiring actually.

I hope you'll bring something new to ABC, like journalism for example... It could be a great platform. I hope it is. If not, I hope you'll get out and come back quick.

Don't enter into long term financial commitments any time soon, if you know what I mean.

I don't understand why no one is talking about the oil contracts that Iraq won't sign. Apparently the oil corps want 75% of their oil for 30 years. I believe this is the purpose of the surge. Until those contracts are signed, I guess the president's not going anywhere. I thought the oil belonged to the Iraqis? I guess the taxpayer paid and fought the war, and the oil corps get all the spoils. It is shocking that there is no discussion of this.
