Ex-Admin Official Gets Probation, $90K Fine

From the AP:

A judge on Tuesday sentenced former Food and Drug Administration chief Lester Crawford to three years' supervised probation with fines of roughly $90,000 for lying about stocks he owned in companies regulated by his agency.

Well that's one down. Now what ever happened to the stock fraud case involving Bill Frist? Seem to have just disappeared off the radar screen. Hmmmmmm

That is less time than he woulda done if he was carrying a single vial of crack.

Judges NEED to start using a buck equals a day rule of thumb as sentencing guideline.
