From Bathrooms to Bribes, Stevens Stays Mum

When Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) says he isn't going to talk to reporters about any investigation, he means it. Yesterday he declined to even give his thoughts on the Sen. Larry Craig (R-ID) scandal, Alaska NBC affiliate KTUU reports.

Hey Unka Ted, Larry Craig isn't under investigation. He's already been convicted, the investigation is over.

Or is there more about Craig that you know and we don't?

Dear cracker - I hope you are not counting on THIS ALASKAN to vote for him. No way. And none of my family will either. He is toast!!

I'm looking forward to the indictments. Get the popcorn out! The soap opera is about to become a wagnerian opera for sure.

How come "Brat" Ben hasn't been arrested as of yet? All of Alaska is just waiting for the other shoe to drop so we can get rid of these crooks. "Uncle" Ted complained for years that he was one of the only U. S. Senators that was not a Millionair, well now he is and we all know how he got that way.

But dealing with that half wit Bill Allen? Come on I lived down on the Kenai when he was starting out, and everyone there seemed to know what was going on. VECO was a scab outfit that paid low wages and lousy bennies, if any.

The most fun of all is going to be watching Don Young go down. Or will we have to wait until he's in prison to find out just how he does go down, and on who.

I would imagine Ted called in all the favors anyone ever owed him to keep Benito out of jail but now that he's the focus of invetigation it's unlikely he'll be able to shield the brat.

Now if we can just undo some of the damage.

Hmmmm... There's always an offshore guy involved and when ya put that with an offshore type attorney that specializes in...well who here can say Calgary and Bellingham? Oh heck...throw in L....n, Wa. also.

We have us a small blood trail going guys. But, it's there. Lots of data points on parallel planes. It's sorta like a three d chess game. Follow the money or the LLC's. Right Carl...you gave the clue.

Too many bong hits for Mr. S.
