Dodd Opposes Mukasey Nomination

And then there were two: Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) is the second senator and first Democrat to come out against Mukasey. Says Dodd: "Mr. Mukasey's position that the President does not have to heed the law disqualifies him from being the chief attorney for the United States."

Dodds Last Hurrah does him proud. The old firehorse heard the bell and came out of the station. Wish the young ones had as much spirit.

It's time for Congress to start protecting the Republic and stop enable those who would destroy it. Vote no.

Thats my guy. I pray that the MSM anointing of Hillary is premature. Dodds' defense of the constitution is the best remedy for the disease thats infected our government for the last 7 years.

If the only thing that man (Dodd) did, in 8 years as president, was to restore the Constitution, he'd deserve to be on Mount Rushmore.

Amazing how NONE of the other candidates is willing to stand up that way. Makes you wonder how sincerely the others take their oath to "protect & defend the Constitution...."
