And there there were three. Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) joins Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) in unequivocally opposing Michael Mukasey's nomination as attorney general.

Thus, Obama trying to suck up to reality based community while simultaneously sucking up to the southern homophobes. My, my, he IS all over the map, isn't he?

Give him a chance. He does seem to have a vision.

He's got to engage as many people as possible am i rite??

Obama's own nomination is in serious jeopardy if he doesn't acknowledge his fault, quick.

Hillary would be smart to follow suit if, for a change, she wants to display some cojones. If she votes to confirm Mukasey, she will alienate many voters in the general election.
For once in her life, she should try to do what is right, as opposed to what is in HER best interest.

I really want to like Hillary, thinks she'd make a find president and agree with most of her positions. But I wonder how long will it take for her to speak out against Mukasey?

And even if it is five minutes from now, the question will still be, "what took you so long?"

Fortitude. Convictions. Please. Before our party somehow blows our chances for an easy win in the white house, congress and locally.
