Jon Stewart on Tuesday took on the issue of voter ID laws that he says are "ostensibly set up to stop nonexistent in-person voter fraud." But, it turns out, the laws have the potential to disenfranchise elderly and minority voters -- i.e. Democrats, Stewart said.
