What will sink McCain on this issue is his list of the "fat cats" and the 527 outfits; Obama will point to his 2 million or so individual campaign donors. Basically, their in not too much spin in this for McCain as you suggest, and ,yes, Republicans will play their games but to little effect. Folks will make judgments of the difference between the two not the Republican spin; the Republican brand cannot take to much discussion on money given the passed eight years.

Thank you! Obama promised to discuss the matter. At the end of the day, this was a no brainer as Obama had the advantage and would not cede it the McCain. McCain does not nor will have any advantage of this one; Obama will likely have 2 million plus individual campaign contributions, with the largest portion being from donors who do not max out. McCain will be foolish to spend much time on this one, as 500,000 individuals for McCain is an impossible dream.

Most of you are making this much too complicated; the most direct response is dumb + dumb = dumb! Most of the world is beyond the tip on one's nose and experiences; it is called limited vision.
Hell, I went to a graduation and the folks from Tonga or Samoa did all of the shouting; I doubt their blackness would be called into question. A white kid went up to the stage with a pair of low top Converse Chuck Taylors and cut off jeans under his gown. Another kid gave his greeting in Farsi, and he was not singing Bomb, Bomb Iran!
Coates move on from this garbage, much of what you say is old as the hills, and as you appear to recognize their is more to the this country and your own experiences; the hip hop world is a part, it is not a world on to itself. Folks are focused on the tip of your nose to distract you from your immense vision; this crap ain't worth the effort.

Point taken! Am not too big on the "message" folks that follow, Obama and Team does not have the time for such messaging, but associating her with the VP is a poor notion as ultimately that person will have a role in who works with them.

Her selection and assignment does seem odd, but she does have a background that may prove beneficial. Although, she has been associated with Clinton she does have high level experience in the White House that few possess. Solis as David Plouffe is from Chicago as are numerous key staff members, it seems unlikely that she would have been chosen if they objected.

In reading the WSJ article, it asserts that fat cats may have got a break on their personal home loans; these were friend of the former boss of Countrywide. The problem they were Democratic fat cats associated with Fannie Mae.
McCain has a problem if he needs this kind of story to score points.
