To be fair, the attack ads run in that primary were trying to tie the Dem to Obama, as if that would bring him down.

While I don't feel sorry for these idiots at all, I think it's obvious that something else was/is going on that a masseuse would have the proper connections to be a VP of a multimillion dollar international arms trading company.

This is amazing to me. Every place I've worked, firing someone is a huge deal...even when $$$ made layoffs (not firing) a necessity it was never done with ease.

That this little twit, with her limited little resume could just casually destroy people's jobs (trust me, when you are fired for no cause, most assume that there is a huge secret that is being withhled that makes the firing justifiable) you can also destroy their careers.

It disgusts me that she'll probably end up protected in some wingnut welfare position for life.

take a look at the names of all the big frauds Enron, Tyco etc and look up the ethnicity/religion of the perpetrators

regulararmyguy, I think you've missed the point...they weren't illegal arms smugglers. These kids were defense contractors hired for millions of US taxpayer dollars to provide weapons to the Afghan Army. It just turns out they were providing crap.

They actually won decent sized contracts from the Dept. of Defense.

That doesn't make me feel safer either.
