Surprise, surprise, Bushco is ignoring Congress. America is dead people. Bushco has officially taken control of our government and we the people no longer matter.
Bushco has done everything but come right out and said that they are a fascist regime that has taken control. The Congress, the MSM and the Courts have either been taken over or are in on the takeover.
The only way out is through revolution and the revolution is coming. When those little rebate checks fail to stimulate the economy and the economy goes completely in the toilet, people will rise up and demand an accounting. It has happened before in history and it will happen again. No one, not even Obama can stop it.
There is a strong storm coming and the people of this once great nation will not be denied!

Yeah, there won't be any impeachment hearings since the Dem Leadership knew of the torture and illegal activities and did nothing. My only hope is that Obama wins and takes action on it, but I'm not going to hold my breathe on that.

She is just trying to get the public distracted by this shiney object (exclusivity) so that we will not notice that they give immunity to the Telcos. Which is actually just cya for Bushco. since the Telcos probably already have indemnity from Bush.

Over at Dailykos they have a great blog about how Bushco has already given the Telcos indemnity from prosecution for the warrentless wiretapping. Apparently, that is why the Telcos have been so silent about all of this. They already got indemnity so their butts aren't on the line anymore. Bushco wants immunity so that none of that comes to light.
It makes perfect sense! The Telcos have nothing to worry about but Bushs ass is on the line if that gets out.
