Come on, folks. Is this really that big of a deal? So some IT douche (I can call him a douche since I'm an IT person too :D) stupidly put the wrong building up as a backdrop...why is this McCain's fault (assuming this is what happened)? Does he need to micro manage down to that level of details?

I think focusing this much on it comes across as being rather juvenile. Note: I'm not a GOP troll. I'm with Obama all the way.

About the RNC speeches yesterday, David Ploufe sent out an email early this morning saying "This demands a response." and then basically said "Respond by donating another $__ today!"

It's now 12:30 EST and I still haven't heard any Obama camp rebuttals to last night's garbage fest. So, if Obama responds loudly and openly, I'll think about donating some more money.

Am I in the dark or am I right about them not doing anything yet?

It is a big deal, actually. Honor has been a running theme in the McCain campaign, and he claims his reason for us staying in Iraq is so we can "return with honor." But if a voter wants to know what he means when he uses the word, they have to read his five books? Absurd is not even a strong enough word for this.
