I have no illusions that this has any chance of success. However, it makes me quite happy to have had a house rep read off all those charges in congress since they're true. The amount of time this stunt took away from other congressional "work" is minuscule and it made my day.

To be clear: TPM users have been talking about it. I was writing about the silence from news sources. Neither the AP or Reuters had it in their feeds when I checked at the end of Kucinich's speech.

Damn it, no. That is not what this poll says. All this poll says it that given their sampling constraints they can't tell who's in the lead. That's it. Based solely on this poll it's a 50/50 toss up who is actually ahead. I'm going to start mailing journalists stat textbooks.
