It is interesting that back in 1969, without a college degree, I was turned down for being "over-qualified" for a position I applied for. Being a white male was not an asset when companies were trying to meet Affirmative Action goals to eliminate race and sex inequalities in the workplace.

Then after I earned my bachlors degree I had the same thing happen. At least that time the person that interviewed me admitted that if he hired me I'd probably end up with his job!

Somebody radio McSame's plane, have them divert to Cuba and bring back pictures of the drilling operation. Johnny boy should know the way, he's flown around Cuba before.

It's a shame that the people who control our eyes-in-the-sky can fine the evidence to "show" us the drilling operations also.

I watched Kit Bond and Saxby Chambliss sniveling today about the report. Had the repugs done oversight instead of overlooking we might of had a chance to stop Bush.

Funny that Bill Clinton gets impeached for a blowjob but all these republicans can suck off Cheney and Bush and nobody complains.

Audits of state and local police officers find that the failure to notify federal authorities about contact with possible terrorist suspects is rampant.

Good for those state and local police officers. With traffic stops and domestic disturbance calls as the source of names I think the local officers may not have any reason to suspect most of the people they encounter.

No doubt the feds are looking to gather even more information about ordinary citizens and who knows the reason behind the names being added to the list the feds created.

I encourage all state and local law enforcement personell to talk about where there loyalties will be if the idiot currently in the whitehouse tries anything before Obama's swearing in.
