He acknowledges the abuse in the first sentence. Second sentence,admonishes The Denver Post. Third sentence,sez he would "vigorously" fight against such nasty "notions"......Well Bob,when you had the opportunity to vehemently "fight" against such abuse and conditions,you went all limp. When called out on his actions,this Bob cat can't justify his actions. It's not possible to defend the indefensible.The man is/was obviously for sale and willing to look the other way-- no matter how heinous the acts he's being paid to overlook.

He's just one nasty character. Really nasty & dirty. Speaking of Family Values and Abramoff,why doesn't Bob mention gambling,Gus Boulis,et al when mentioning Abramoff's Family Value Coalition? Lordy, they're all such good people. If they're such good people,why is there so much dirt,criminality, and nastiness surrounding these folks?

Judging by Bob Schaffer's overt actions on behalf of Abramoff and The Mariana Mafia,it's obvious he vehemently supports heinous,crazy and criminal methods. Methods as ugly as those germane to history's most despised regimes. How can any individual (not just Bob Schaffer) justify forced abortions,forced prostitution,and all of the other profane ugliness/methods associated with this entire business on the islands? This obviously confused and profane man believes this abusive,corrupted,venal,derelict,and profane system is the paradigm of virtue (The Model) to bring to the U.S.??? The man must be on drugs OR more likely, for sale. At what price? Underage hookers? That seems to be the preferred method in vogue for those like Bob Schaffer. What bought him is purely conjecture at this point, but what is not conjecture is the man is obviously an impudent parasite.
