I guess when America gets a crippled, black, gay Muslim running for President he'll win with 100% of the vote. He'll just be so lucky!!

You and Ferraro are right. It's lucky - wait, a BLESSING that he's a black man with an African name running for President. Because guys like that have SUCH a long history of success in Presidential elections.
If being a black man were so lucky then why has one never even been nominated??
Do you not see what was offensive about her comments? And, as Josh pointed out, just plain wrong? She's essentially saying that it's affirmative action that's gotten him to where he is, not his skill or vision or charisma. As though Hillary had to claw her way up through local politics herself and really work hard to put her name on the public's collective psyche. Please.

How classless. At least Samantha Power had the taste and good sense to just resign quietly, without feeling the need to get in some last-minute shots, and let the issue die. If Ferraro is at all representative of the Hillary campaign we can expect quite the 4-year gong show if she get the White House.

He's on record as saying that torture doesn't work. Now he takes this disgusting stance. The GOP's support is already quickly dissolving so who the hell does he think he's pandering to??

Any mention of Florida and Michigan makes my skin crawl. Pulling a Rove-esque trick like getting those delegates seated to clinch the nomination could do irreparable damage to the party. There would be no better way for the Democrats to alienate every young voter coming out for Obama than to allow her those delegates. It would certainly cause me to vote for McCain and I'm sure countless others like me would do the same.
