Same here -- this is pretty weak. It's only slightly better than than the typical wingnut "ZOMG ZOMG!!!! some commenter at DailyKos said [insert dumb, illterate text posted by obvious troll here], which proves that Kos is a racist Commie."

State Supreme Court Justice Joseph Maltese
Just so nobody gets confused, in New York state a Supreme Court Justice is a run-of-the-mill trial judge, not not a member of the state's highest appeals court (known as the Court of Appeals). A simple diagram illustrates the distinction.
I say this not to tear Maltese down, but simply to make clear that his current position, while prestigious enough, isn't what most people would assume from the name.

Dijamo and Company really would, at the end of the day, rather see McCain elected than Obama -- because that's the only scenario that enables Hillary to crawl out of her coffin in 2012 and take another White House shot.
It's about what's best for the country after the atrocity of the past 7 years.
It's not about who has earned the nomination in accordance with the party's own rules, rules that Hillary bound herself to.
It's not about the Supreme Court seats likely to open up in the next 4 years.
No, it's all about empowering Hillary. All else pales in comparison.
Sad. Pathetic, really.

I'm with you on Wes Clark up to the part about being a Clinton partisan. If I'm Obama (which I'm not :), no way do I want a potential Clinton mole inside the White House.
