Jane Harman is married to Sidney Harman, founder and main owner of Harman Kardon Electronics, and worth hundreds of millions of dollars. She can hire all the staff she wants out of her pocket change -- and, she did not have a very competitive race to begin with. Why would she cheat to get a few hours of a capitol hill staffer working on her campaign? This seems like it has to be another BushCo use of the DOJ to intimidate (or better yet, convict) democrats.
