  • Firing attorneys for not doing the Repubs dirty work was OK.... good thing they say they were not doing that...

So now the fire a judge because he won't do the Repubs dirty work... BIG FRIGGIN SUPRIZE....

Lets watch the media bury that story - just another annoyance...

And those hitler youth of the Republican party who fill news groups with Liberal Liberal liberals are crap liars slogans... they are the first bozos to turn a blind eye to the thugs running America.

They should know - they are on the payroll.

  • The first rule of propaganda is to accuse the other side of doing what you are doing --- and so JACKASS Boner accuses the dems of being dishonest as another Republican puts up a wall of secrecy to cover the Bush lies

THESE ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!! This Republican party is a criminal organization.... they need to be in jail and until they are this will continue.

  • It is pretty clear they have no defense.

The wording of this claim is designed to give Judge Bates the excuse he needs to justify not hearing the case and to deny the court the chance to hear legal arguments.

The Bush regime has no shortage of justices who toss cases. Their reasons are not legal reasons but almost word for word what the Bush team gives them to say.

A number of judges have tossed cases on spying saying they would not be responsible for weaking the war on terrorism by revealing secrets in court....

And some wonder why they chant liberal activist judges to ram their guys through. We'll see if justice is handcuffed by fixed judges.

  • Another crack in the castle walls.... a small glimmer of light makes it through the walls of lies.

Good thing Bush declared to day "Law Day"... one day a year of the law working is about all Bush can tolerate.

Hard to keep a criminal conspiracy going - "It's a tough job" says cowboy George.

  • The Bush cabal's opening act, stealing elections and installing themselves in power, was an act of treason.

No mere law is going to impede them now.

This nation has been overthrown by right wing thugs and all the pretty cover stories like "unitary executive" and "destroyed email archives" only serve to keep the coverup alive and make it seem as normal operation of government.

  • ....Do I think Rove will ever be called to account for this? No, not really....

The price we will pay for these crimes going unpunished is that we burden the next leaders with more aggressive crimes by these thugs and their team.

The cost to America of not Impeaching those who committed crimes against this nation is to say to them and their like... what is the limit of our justice system, what other crimes can be committed without consequences.

To think these thugs will retire and the crimes will stop is folly... congress is passing it on to someone else to deal with harsher attacks on our system of justice.

They will have to be stooped now or latter... to think otherwise is delude oneself.

  • During Watergate, the entire national conversation was on the President trying to withhold evidence and the question of whether he would succeed.

Now its not even news in the MSM.

Watching the coverup of evidence and the wholesale efforts to block investigations is as sickening as the rest of the Bush/Cheeny crimes.

The best job for a criminal is no longer CEO, its President. Unlimited funds, secrecy and control over the law.

  • Let's recall that the Democrats let these charges sit for 6 months before they took action.

The manipulation of justice for political purposes continues.

Under Pelosi we've seen Bush granted total immunity from prosecution under impeachment.

So let us notice the scope of the players that have impeded justice.

Most of us here hope every day that the law once again functions and that justice will be served.... we'll see...

Posted at March 25, 2008 12:26 PM in response to Judge Sets Schedule for House Contempt Suit

  • ...the only reason the Judiciary Committee is seeking a speedy determination of the case is so that it "recommence prior to Congress' August recess" its investigation into the firing of nine U.S. attorneys in 2006.

Don't you love the "recommence" language? Or more simply, how dare they try to seek any JUSTICE while we (the accused) are still in office...

The real question for the attorneys out there is: Do the laws and proceedings lose any standing once any of the Bush lawbreakers leave office? Or can the broken laws be pursued against the minions of law breakers in Bush's cabal after they leave?

  • Justice comes in drips -- the dam built by Bush against the law leaks a bit.
