It should come as no surprise that this administration fails to hold any loyal member accountable.  This pattern mirrors the way George Bush has lived his life.  George Bush has never had to take responsiblity or account for anything he has ever done in his entire life.  Every screw up was either swept under the carpet or somehow "fixed" for him.  Bush has no concept of accountability.  He governs the way he has lived.
