But, even if it was his wife the email you quote WOULDN'T BE MATERIAL TO THE CASE. No judge would dismiss an indictment for the nonsense you raised.

If it said destroy everything in the house then it would be material and reflect on Stevens guilt.

1) But, to simply ask if a house got raided is not material to innocence or guilt. A first year gorilla in law school would understand that. Never mind what a human should comprehend.

2) Even if the NSA turned them on to Stevens, they would have had to use real warrants to get at the emails for trial. Your logic on the NSA makes me firmly believe you are a functioning retard.
