As you may recall, Cheney got involved with Department of the Interior restrictions placed upon water used for agriculture in along the Klamath River in north eastern California. They had said that the Salmon population was being compromised by low river flow due to diversion of water to farmers. Cheney got the ruling overridden, which resulted in one of the largest salmon die offs ever in the region. (The entire west coast salmon fishery is now closed to commercial fishing until further notice.)

They should call this guy Cheney the Destroyer for all the harm he's done.

Considering how little talking about the estimates that led the Bush administration to invade Iraq and how many people have been killed or injured perhaps, MORE talking not less would be a better approach.
